We accept payments through Cash and RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement). All payments must be made in full prior to the dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 15 business days from the date of purchase. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as stock availability or transportation issues, may cause delays. In case of any delivery issues or delays, you will be notified promptly.

3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone, detailing your purchase and expected delivery date.

4. Returns and Refunds
Paint Palace does not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival or incorrect. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Liability
Paint Palace is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the improper use of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring they follow the product guidelines and safety instructions.
